Hi, this app has been really bad 👎to me, I started as a host and I made 13k amd they deductions were tooo much for little to nothing, how do I make the minimum points when I get penalty for everything I do

I'm using this because someone I know told me to add them. But searching for them is impossible. Even if I have their name and ID # it only shows people online in a random order. It would be way better of the search function made it easier to find and sort people. Otherwise it's just frustrating to find someone you know.
