Me and my family have been using Amazon music for at least 7 years now. This app is really nice, and I love the "rediscover" artist playlists that are curated for the listeners, (which the listener gets "all-access" to.) I'm giving this 3 stars because this app is completely unreliable. I had to delete and re-download multiple times just to get the the login screen. upon being in the app, it let's me stream properly for about a week, but then the app basically shuts down. Just be weary.

I try this app once a year for several years now, but I end up uninstalling it every time, as the same bugs haven't been fixed all this time. Issue #1: Music volume when streaming to any Google Cast device (soundbards, Google Nest speakers) is much lower compared to doing the same from other music apps (you know, that green one). Issue #2: When casting, using the phone's volume buttons doesn't adjust the casting volume, but the volume on the phone (=useless). That other app does this fine.

Several bad design choices ruin my fun with this app. For example, when you search a song, it automatically will autoplay other music afterward without letting you go back to the song you searched for! I can’t go back and listen to the one song I searched for for some reason, and it's the bane of my existence with this app. Even with the "previous song" button, you have to search it again. Idk why they thought not being able to go back to the song I searched for was a good idea.
