Before I updated the app I logged into my google and it had my saved progress. Noticed there was a new update and downloaded it, I had to sign back in but when I signed in, MY PROGRESS WAS LOST! There is a ton of ads and what's worse is that it's $9.99 a WEEK to get rid of ads. Not per month, per week! If you want to charge so much to get rid of ads at least restore my progress instead of making me start back at square one.

I've played this game for a long time. Got a new phone & progress didn't transfer. I tried every option offered by chatting with app support. Nothing worked. I even deleted & reinstalled. I really enjoyed this game, so I'm disappointed & a little upset that I can't get my progress moved to my new phone. I'm going to delete & find another game. ā¹ļø

A fun and relaxing game to play. Really gets you thinking on what the words could be to fit inside the square. One downside is the game freezing up sometime when playing. Other is when using the different special moves, to give you boost in finding the words. At times they aren't always working when you need them to. Should be more free items or bonus to help out when stuck on a word.
