Getting a usd account from other Fintech has been very easy. But with Chipper Cash, it has been so difficult. I've been on this for a month now. Additional review has taken me 1 month, and it has still not been resolved. I've shared information about my job and even gave a copy of my contract. Shared private information, no way. Sent an email to support, but there was no response. The support on the app kept asking me to verify and asking me if it's resolved. As if they don't see my dashboard.

I am disappointed with the services being rendered by your company through this app. For close to 3 days, the app has failed to work on my device, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to see if this issue would be corrected. Absolutely No. The app keeps launching but doesn't seem to display anything. I have uninstalled almost all other apps on my device just to accommodate the app, yet no resolution. I sent a message to your X account, no reply. This is not how to run a business.

If I could give the app a zero star I would! They've been having card withdrawal/ funding issues for the longest while( almost a week)!+ I've reached out to their customer service for what seems to be forever but they're not doing anything about it! Very terrible customer service, very terrible app! the app is still very terrible, I think it got worse over time but today was the height of it. I bought light units, it said transaction completed but I have no light units to show for it.
