suspected fraud company. placed order for an adapter. it was costing about 2000 rupees. item was to be delivered few days back. after placing order no tracking details are available. I have not received the item. I am trying to get in touch with the customer care from past few days. but not getting connected. suspected that this is a fraud app as per my bad experience.

Please be careful and pay attention during the order placement! In none of the standard professional shopping platforms have I encountered such an approach. During the checkout process, if there is an option between free shipping and additional charges, any reasonable person would naturally choose free shipping. Linking a yearly subscription to a simple purchase is not a standard or transparent practice. I regret making a purchase from this company.

BEWARE CONSUMERS! Initially desertcart may convince you to trust the platform. However, there are lots of features that are not available to a consumer like refund policy, accessible customer support service, etc. If you order any product and the product is cancelled either by you or desertcart, desertcart will not refund your money. I learnt my lesson the hardway.
