With the Mobile Banking App, your bank is always with you. A quick balance check, transfer to your savings or paying a bill: the app does it all. For personal and business accounts.

Lots of tools and features

• If you want to, you can look ahead 35 days and see your future transactions.

• The app has its own daily limit, which you can set and change.

• Want to fix something quickly? Like blocking your card or changing your address? Just do it in the app, it’s easy as pie.

Are my details safe and secure in the app?

Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.

Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

worst app ever. I can create a joint account without receiving a username and password, not allowing me to view my account! Unbelievable! After requesting username and password, which had to be done at a physical location - what age are we living in! - and waiting 5 days, I got stuck after changing my temp password. still not managed to access my account.

Few weeks ago, kept crashing immediately after opening. At some point (other update?) began working again. No suddenly back to the same problem. App is up to date and cache is cleared etc. Edited: Followed your sugg below. Made no difference. And edited again: started working again spontaneously for a few days. Then stopped again. Problem keeps coming back!

Completely fails to load the KYC process for opening an account. To contact support you need an account. I went into an ING branch in person and they said they can't help as the app is the problem. Incredibly frustrating and unreliable with no way to get help.

What's new

In between all the bank holidays we're working hard to bring spring to the app. We found some fresh green bugs and added some budding improvements so the app and you can really flourish. Like an option in the settings of your account to repay your overdraft in one go. Rewarding, like it wasn't even there!
