Updated to version 1.1.1, and is working horribly. The day counter will not flip; it stays on the same day, every day. The only way to get the number to change is if I uninstall, then reinstall every day. I should not have to do that just for it to work properly. Any Contact Us link freezes. It's like you really don't want to be contacted about any issues that customers are having. Even the Live Chat is pre-programmed with options; none of which include help with the app. Extremely disappointed!

this app is far worse than the previous app. it is confusing and difficult to use when managing multiple cruises, it can be done, but it is not very easy. You also cannot do much with the app opening up the NCL website. instead of passing your login information to the website, you have to authenticate again on the web page. this App does not have the same functions as the previous app and is miles behind competitors apps. There are so many gaps, it's just severely disappointing.

At its best this app is barely useful. Even onboard it's terrible. The freestyle dailys aren't optimized for a mobile platform. Off the ship its unusable. Needs a complete redesign. Can't view menus, can't book anything, has my excursions and dining listed at wrong times. We used to love ncl, but honestly I'm over it. Cost cutting has caused a once great cruise line to become less then mediocre. The app is exactly like that. When compared to royal and celebrity apps. It's just awful.
