About this app

G-Stomper Rhythm, the little brother of G-Stomper Studio, is a versatile Tool for Musicians and Beat Producers, designed to create your beats on the go. It's a feature packed, Step Sequencer based Drum Machine/Groovebox, a Sampler, a Track Grid Sequencer, 24 Drum Pads, an Effect Rack, a Master Section and a Line Mixer. Never lose a single beat again. Write it down and rock your own jam session wherever you are, and finally export it Track by Track or as Mixdown in Studio Quality up to 32bit 96kHz Stereo.
Whatever you are up to, practice your instrument, create beats for later use in the Studio, just jam and have fun, G-Stomper Rhythm has you covered. What are you waiting for, it's free, so let's rock!

G-Stomper Rhythm is a free app without any demo restrictions, supported by ads. You can optionally purchase a G-Stomper Rhythm Premium Key in form of a separate app to remove the ads. G-Stomper Rhythm looks for the G-Stomper Rhythm Premium Key and removes the ads if a valid key exists.

I think this app looks good. The save function is a little confusing. I would gladly give disk permissions to be able to save my work to the directory of my choosing for easy and regular external backups. I never leave my work in one place. It said there was a special for the key so I bought it right away thinking I was getting a full recording app. I'm guessing the key was just to lift ads from the drum machine part of the app? I'm not quite certain of the limitations.

Thanks a lot for your feedback, Howard. G-Stomper Rhythm is a free app. There are no feature limitations if you don't own the key. The key is to remove the ads alone. Unfortunately, the storage permission was restricted by Google with Android 10, and then entirely removed with Android 11. Check main menu / shr / G-Stomper files from private storage

Sure. In the toolbar on top, press view / timing & measure / then increase the len in bars to up to 8. Guess that's what you're looking for.

EDIT: the dev's response totally fixed the problem below! not sure if it's cpu overload but while google pixel buds are connected I get annoying click sounds. otherwise absolutely excellent beat machine. packed full of features for free.

Thanks a lot for your feedback, phantom 47. Please try a different audio system in the settings. Main screen / setup / aud / audio system. Lowest latency can be heavy on cpu, especially with bt earphones or speakers

What's new

Share menu: New generic share function for sharing all types of files from the G-Stomper private storage
Import Menu: Added a link to the file manager with which you can copy files from/to the G-Stomper private storage
Fixed a legacy bug in the auto-save mechanism that caused later save processes to fail in some situations
Several minor bug fixes
