it randomly stops playing my music about 20 times a day. the past 5 months. sometimes 6 times in a single song. and when I open my phone, the song has reset to the beginning. and I have to restart and find my place again, just for it to do this again a minute later so I never end up finishing the song. repeat. no other blue tooth devices do it when connected to my phone, changed data providers and WiFi so it's not that, updated my music streaming services. they aren't the problem. it's these.

I'm disappointed this app no longer supports my Gear Icon X. I love these earbuds because it provides the freedom to ditch my phone and still enjoy my music during workouts. Since upgrading my phone, I found this app no longer supports all Samsung products. I'm very disappointed and will think twice about continuing to support this brand.

There's the typical app but this is lacking in terms of useability with other household items. Just today I dwnloaded YouTube music, tried to play from the library. The watch scanned for audio output n there was none😑. However, there's my phone, 3 Google home speakers, multiple devices it could have pulled up, but NOTHING turned up NO DEVICES FOUND. I understand Samsung wanting to keep devices in their ecosphere but that limits the watch functionality and NO it doesn't make me want to buy more.
