Still get quite a few timeout errors. Data is still not accurate. I used to use the app on a wall display. But since the previous update, it now autocloses itself after 45 mins or so. If I open it on my phone, it instantly closes the wall display app. Overall, poor. Obviously, servers need upgraded with a better fallback in case of problems. Bugs need ironed out quicker.

I've been using this app since August 2024 after our solar panel were installed. Parts of it work well and are easy to understand, but there are no instructions at all for any of it, and it's not intuitive. I've tried calling the service number several times without success. I've sent emails only to be met with complete silence. This is not good enough for this type of app.

If it worked well it would be good, unfortunately, it keeps making you log in again and keeps being unable to connect to the system. The way the ev charging logic is set up is inflexible and inefficient. hopefully they keep developing the app as it could be great without a huge lift
