So much security that I couldn't log in for weeks. I always needed to wait multiple days for new instruction letters - sometimes they arrived, sometimes they didn't. Just hope that you never need to change your phone number, it will probably take you months to complete the setup process. Once the app is running it is good. However, interface far behind other digital banks.

The App does what it's supposed to do. But the login system of DKB is confusing and needlesly complicated, the instructions haven't been properly updated for the new login regulations and if you try to contact them to solve even the simplest of problems, the whole experience becomes extremely anoying. You wait forever on the phone, the automatic system might hang up on you multiple times because the lines are too busy and unless you write them an angry email, you might never be able to login.

The app doesn't work anymore on my phone (OnePlus Pro 7), despite the fact that it did until a week ago. I called the help line and they just couldn't fix it, told me that maybe I did some changes to my phone or something. I uninstalled CCleaner (which I've had since months and the app was working) because it was blacklisted, but it still doesn't work. There is only a white screen.
