I am using Techlife S100. My watch keeps showing me message as connection failed as it keeps trying to connect to the while Bluetooth from phone is off. I have done the reset multiple times. Could you please let me know what should I do to avoid this watch getting connected to phone all the time?

I have been using this app for 1 year and till now there has been no problem with the app. But nowadays I'm facing a problem. I'm getting a popup continuously saying that "Realme Fit not responding". I have updated the app many times, but the problem is not solved. It's very annoying for me. And I noticed that they are not fixing and updating the app as per mobiles updates, which is not good for realme watch users. Really disappointed ☹️

i used to use this app for a long time, close to a year, this app functioned very good, but suddenly, i wasn't able to change the watch face sfter resetting my watch Techlife sz100, the watch face centre is blank even if i am restarting the app, even tried to use this in a different phone, still the same error, please fix this team realme, even the custom watch face is not showing too.
