Terrible, the game crashes at various points as you play repetitiously as County Store. I left that game to play this one and am disappointed! This game is fun and very well designed, but is crashing continually. You watch numerous ads! They crash and you lose the item, no retry to get the item, sometimes the ad plays through, but items aren't rewarded! It's combersome and hard with endless crashes, similar to the County Store game. Fixes aren't focused on, frustrating to play. No one responded.

I've been playing this game about a year, maybe longer. Obviously I enjoy it and have gotten far. However, the energy wheel only lands on 30 or 40, the lowest amount. This is an every time experience. I never get anything higher. That is something I probably never would have taken time to mention but now that I have another issue, I thought I may as well mention it. My other issue that started 3 days ago is my energy never fills. It's usually stuck on 6 and goes no further.

I made a purchase that I did not receive. I clicked on contact support. It was a bot that told me to restart the game,click on the shopping icon etc,etc. There is no shopping icon to click so I went back to "customer service" and guess what? it just repeated the same thing over again. I can't contact any person to rectify this. it just goes around in circles! I would like my refund ASAP please. may I suggest that you employ a person for CS because a bot repeating it self is not CS.
