I just love this app, its so professional. it was recommended by my doctor, I find it really helpful to find the focus among the many feelings and thoughts, I enjoy the exercises a lot, they are really useful and clear, and I also love the daily insights and short reads. I highly recommend!

I always look forward to the questions because I never know what it will ask. I am 3 weeks into the mindfulness. it has a place to write down my thoughts. this is nice because it's like a safe place where I can do so. every 2 weeks, it analyzes and gives you the analysis, which is helpful.

Pretty good app that I have used every day for two years or so. The bi-weekly results are a great way to see a sort of big picture of how I'm feeling. update 3/31/25 - The only negative I have to say about this app now is that it keeps asking me to leave a review every other day despite the fact that I already left a review (THIS review) a good three years ago.
