MyChart gives you access to your test results, appointment information, current medication, immunisation history, and more on your mobile device.

With MyChart you can:
• View your health information
• Stay in touch with your doctor
• Manage your appointments
• Access your family's health information

You must first create an account through your healthcare provider in order to access your information through MyChart. If your healthcare provider is not listed, or if you require support accessing your existing account, contact them directly about accessing your account through the MyChart app.

This is the worst app ever it so complicated every hospital and doctor you use has a different my chart you have to register for none of them link and it makes it all the more impossible to keep track of anything and prolongs getting any paper work in and out together. Also, its just difficult to navigate anywhere, nothing is where it would obviously be and it takes me longer to deal with this app then any app I've ever dealt with in my life and I'm decently tech savvy. the layout sucks

The MyChart app has been one of the best things to happen in healthcare. It is up to date in real time and stores and saves ALL appointments, lab results, test results, procedure results, screenings,tests, etc.with images.Medications are up to date with details. I just started using this app, & it has records from 4 places and goes back to 2019! AND I decided to use Kroger pharmacy and they have access to my chart as well. No waiting in long lines. They have it ready and let me know to come get

Love the MyChart apps. I'm being seen at 3 different hospitals but I have them all connected so all the doctors can see what the other doctors are doing. So they're all able to be updated on all my care. Plus I'm also able to see what my labs and x-rays and such say when they're available. Very easy to navigate once acquainted with it.

What's new

You can now give MyChart permission to access Health Connect in the background and sync health data while MyChart is not open. The account settings activity has an updated look-and-feel. These features might become available to you after your healthcare organisation starts using the latest version of Epic.
