With the Sleep Well app from SBK, you can find out whether you are getting enough sleep and learn the most effective techniques to improve your sleep. Our digital sleep coach Albert guides you through sleep training based on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy. Together with your sleep coach, you will go through several modules in which Albert asks you questions, conveys important knowledge about sleep and works with you to optimize your sleep behavior. With your answers and information from the sleep diary, Albert creates a personalized training that helps you to achieve your personal sleep goals - for example, falling asleep faster or reducing the waking phase at night.
