they rip you off the price a lot of times for their own extra buck, especially if they want to stick with drivers meter pricing and then add the booking fee on top of their meter price when its already included in the fee. Drivers go more base off their own decisions than what the app says. Very iffy and they always charge you the most amount you see for the estimate. at least, this is all experienced in Greece. the app called me two cars for the same destination and added a cancel fee. rip off.

couldn't recommend this taxi service less. it is never able to connect me with drivers, average waiting times of anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes, the time estimates that the app gives are ALWAYS at least 5-7 times lower than you actually end up waiting. And please mind that it is not a single time occurrence for me, but a !CONSTANT! experience. would never use Freenow if it hasn't been my corporate taxi (unfortunately:()

It went from being a useful application (MyTaxi) to simply not working. Drivers accept, then cancel rides constantly. I just cancelled a ride because the driver was facing the wrong way, parked, for several minutes, and was charged for the privilege of staring at this frustrating waste of time. Just in time for Uber to be back in Spain. Good going, FreeNow.
