i wanted an app that would help manage tracking numbers and alert me to when packages arrive. This one worked well for years. Then in the past year or so: minor functionality disappeared or partially stopped working, i lost all of my app data after an update, and now i no longer even get push notifications from the app (even though all the settings are correct for that) , which is part of the minimum functionality i was looking for.

There are some bugs, like...When you update the carrier, the app does not retain this newly selected carrier.This means you have keep changing the carrier. Another, you can not edit or change the tracking number. Sometimes the shipper/seller changes the tracking number after a few days. Another, you cannot edit the middle of a memo when first entering the memo. You always have to backspace and re-type. However once saved you seem to be able to edit in the middle of the memo name.

pointless app. They NEVER had my package, I called the USPS and was told it was sent to an address that was not mine!!? They told me it was a scam!! So, don't believe another app, that states your 2 packages are in transit to next facility!! This tracking platform is so totally part of the scam company, probably the same Damn person running both company's & website! BEWARE!!
