Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered the same item twice—payment was taken both times. After waiting 5–6 days, I was told the item was out of stock and the order was canceled. Then had to wait even longer for a refund. Despite this, the item still shows as "in stock" on the app and website, which is very misleading. Poor service and lack of transparency. Not recommended at all. Total waste of time and money.

it's a nightmare in my life, I purchased a device (iphone 13 promax) it's not working properly, I raised a return and they sent it back to me, it's been more than 6 months and they didn't even repair my mobile they send me and took again 3 times. still not resolved, no one is responding properly, every time I call them I have to explain the situation again and again, I spent many hours talking to them and did not resolve my concern. no one should buy from Cart low, it's the worst.

All e-commerce are the same, and you can't approach once you place an order. no one answered the inquiry from the office. finally, I got the one who have atleast physical presence in the city center AL Shindgaha, and you can approach in case of any issue. the name is usedPanda. I have to fix something later on and it was easy to manage
