I've been trying to contact support and activate my Blocked account / Bank account since a month. The support sends the same auto generated emails stating my account is activated. But it is not. I've tried sending almost 10 email by now showing proofs. Edit: everything is working now, it took roughly 3.5 weeks to sort everything out and continuous emails.

I'm very frustrated with their new blocked account activation process for transferring money. They now require verification through the post office in Germany, and even after that, they still ask for additional personal details through security questions. Even when I enter the information correctly, it says it's wrong when I try to link it with their bank account. Please remove these kinds of activation methods — they are extremely frustrating.

This is the one of the buggiest app in the playstore. Nothing works as intended. Transfers takes days to process. Don't use it as a banking app. Payment authorisation doesn't work every time.
