Cats are Liquid - A Light in the Shadows is a minimalist 2D platformer about a liquid cat, locked in a world she doesn't quite understand, trying to get out.
The core of your movement is simple: move, jump, and climb, with your ability to turn into liquid allowing you to squeeze through tight spaces and dash across the rooms at high speeds.
As you play, you'll discover abilities which let you interact with the world in new ways. Break down walls and float high above the obstacles, all while mastering the skill of moving like a liquid cat.
The further you progress, the closer you'll be to discovering the true purpose of these rooms. Will you ever get out?

I love it!! It's amazing, and the story is super great. The cat is cute, and I love the animations. The story will keep you going, and the levels get challenging as you progress, which is nice. The only thing I have to say is that when I got to the ending levels, the screen sensitivity got lower, and it is annoying. Might be my phone, but it's not like that with other games.

Solid Mechanics, smothe Platforming and Puzzles, a perfect example of easy to learn and hard to master. Especially the last world and additional levels were extremely fun and challenging. I would still criticize the sudden shifts in difficulty, but it sort of fit the story. The game is very nice and abstract with a very fun and happy look to it. But as the game goes on it becomes much darker and more disturbing. The story appears to reference several serious topics making it not fit for children

Great game! When I played it I was stunned because of the atmosphere and the music of it. I also loved the innovative ideas. I played through the whole game in like a week just because it's so good. Not only the main game is perfect but also the two other level packs. The Companion pack brings new ideas and techniques while telling the story. The Reset mode continues the end and makes you feel more depressed for the cat. The story is pretty good but mostly sad. Excited for the upcoming sequel!
