It should be called Mindtrap. It doesn't tell you that it needs a premium service it doesn't tell you that you have a significant limit on the number of free cards you can add and it doesn't let you search on the cards unless you pay for the premium service. It needs to find a better way of monetizing or at least say up front that you only have a few cards you can create and then you are trapped into paying. I took over 2 hours to save a lot of important information into it. I lost my time.

Hello Rey! Yes, mymind is a paid app since we're bootstrapped and there's a small independent team behind it. We make this clear in our emails that you receive right after signing up. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure to ship an update to make this even more clean inside the app.

The product is amazing, but the app is buggy. The AI tagging feature, ease of saving info quickly, and aesthetics make it top notch. However, the app itself is buggy AF and is very frustrating to use. It's great on PC, and it works a little better in the mobile browser. I hope they keep updating this and fixing bugs. (EDIT: bugs are worse, I cannot read long notes as it won't let me scroll. I have to close the app over and over to get basic features to work. considering ending my subscription)

Hi. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. Can you email help@mymind.com with a screenrecord showing the issues you mentioned and we'll forward to the development team to get them fixed asap. Thanks!

This is just an amazing app, love it, everything works as they say it works, love the spaces feature specially, the convenience of saving something useful I find in the internet knowing it'll go to the right collection automatically is 'Chef's kiss'. As this has become my main note taking app one more thing that I wish it has is an offline mode in mobile that would show the state of how things were the last time it synced and then sync back the changes the next time it connects to the internet.
