The app is clunky and laggy. The interface is more form than function and not intuitive. It severely compresses images sent to group chats—turning them into blurry, pixelated garbage. This isn’t the 90s with dial-up. Also, it demands full media access just to save a capture. Scoped storage has existed since 2019. Sony has had years to implement this. Upgrade your servers, fix the UI, stop wrecking images, and respect user privacy.

This app is just garbage when it comes to messaging, which is what I use it for. It's so buggy. If I try to reply from messages, there's a good likelihood it sends that message to a DIFFERENT CHAT! Idk how it does that but it's annoying. I've also somehow joined into a party from sending a message through notifications? Whenever you open up a screenshot that was sent, I have to back out of the chat and re-open it to be able to text again. It's very slow, very buggy, and very bad.

The app is a fragile mess. There is no background use, the voice chat crashes if you so much as open another app or turn the screen off and it constantly says that it cannot connect to a voice chat cause another app is using the mic despite it being the only app with the permission to use it on my phone.
