Unreliable. Often does not find ISINs/WKNs that are clearly valid. Gets stuck frequently, i.e. no update to prices/depot status/order book. Touch interface can lead to errors, e.g. a stop order can get changed to a best execution order if one happens to miss the rather small "OK" button when entering the stop and instead taps on blank space (because this makes the app go back to the default setting, best execution). Not a good tool for time-critical activities.

Terrible app. The shares currency exchange in your portfolio are always mixed up (e.g. compares USD to EUR) giving the wrong profit/loss. Dividends shown in the App are 80% wrong. No real UI to speak of. Very basic and even that they couldn't get right. Tragic that this is the best App such a large bank can produce for its customers.

Locked out by the app and all favorites are gone. This is too important for such bugs!!! 2021/07: Depot shows a value of 0€. The normal app shows the right value. 2021/09: App resets again. Looking for a different platform now. 2021/12: Locked out again while using the app.

Hallo Stefan, beziehst du dich mit den Zeitangaben wirklich auf 2021? Was ist denn dein aktuelles Problem mit der trading App. Und was meinst du mit "von der App gesperrt"? Kannst du dich nicht einloggen? VG Christoph
