Nothing works in this app they offer free trial but payments don't work. They have wierd activation method. After I finally managed to add a card via web and got the "free" trial I tried to book classes, but although I had credits on my account, I was all the time getting an info that I'm not egilable for trial and have to pay now. Canceled the trial and wanted to remove my card data and the account. Guess what more errors!

Unfortunately very bad experience. I have gotten some trial credits and everything was nice and fine. After I got my membership, I could not book classes, a weird system error was going on and the support could not help but say "we are working on that". Only get the membership if you want to get irritaded and not exercise on your desired classes, because you cannot do a single booking.

During sign up, when u go off the app to copy payment card details to get membership, once you go back onto the app it just wipes out where you were at in the signing up membership flow. So its really unhelpful, have to do everything on the site. Edit: 2nd class suddenly disappeared from my bookings as well. No notification, glad I checked the app before I left the house! no refunds or recrediting me either!
