Generally works well and is easy to follow. Sometimes is a bit glitchy when choosing pick-up & return times. It needs to stop displaying message about after hours return, it blocks the later return times, & is frustrating. It is easy to modify reservations. I also like the notifications to keep us up to date.

First use ever. I'm only giving this thing 2 stars because I couldn't do the one thing I needed to, which was alert Enterprise to my delayed pickup time AS RECOMMENDED BY THE GUY AT MY DESTINATION ENTERPRISE DESK. The Modify Reservation was buried deeper than it should have been but I finally found it. Then I got an error that I could not make that change through the app, and that I should call. I clicked the Call option and got another systems error so I was stuck. Piece of junk, unreliable.

the app gives me a chance to see what's available at the price that's in my budget.This company has been there for me as they walk me out towards the rental going over the instruments to drive the car at the beginning of the trip.And when I was on the side of the road, set me up with a new rental and a ride to a new location to pick up the new rental."With the extra coverage on the rental I always know it's gonna be a great trip and if something happens out of my control."A MUST HAVE

• Added the ability to enrol with an Enterprise Plus account in the app
• Included the option to add your loyalty card to your device wallet
• Included the option to confirm and/or modify your hire in the app
• Fixed bugs, improved the UI and did some refreshing under the hood."
