This has always been a great game and I've decided to play it again since 2019. However, I'm encountering an problem where the sticker album seems to be not progressing. One time I've completed a sticker of the killer of a certain case, then all of a sudden it's incomplete again. It happens when I'm opening a sticker pack. So, I'm planning to open all sticker packs once I've reached the final case. Hoping you guys could still fix this! Thank you!

Could've been a good game like the other criminal case editions. However, unlike the other ones, this one keeps asking me to download it from play store when I try to play offline (even though it's already been downloaded on my phone). It does not let me into the game until I log into it being online. Happened everytime. Uninstalled and downloaded the game twice but didn't work. Cleaning cache doesn't work either.

The story lines are entertaining. However there are too many annoying adverts. UPDATE!! I have been playing regularly and got to about chapter 36. My device needed updating, it reset to factory settings and now all my data is lost and I can't recover it! No issues like this with any of my other games. I'm going to delete this game if no-one from support helps me with this issue.
