not able to connect Roger On mic to phone. 3x checked everything and placed my mic on pair mode, no success (blue tooth on, location enabled, mic in pair mode) very disappointed and dissatisfied. on line helps at website do not even display the mic, rather just the pen. I've Android phone.

Roger never hooks up to my cellphone or to my hearing aids. It worked for a few days when I received it from my V.A. audiologist. The hearing aid app (Phoenik) never connects to my hearing aids. Roger is doing the same. I feel bad for my fellow veterans experiencing this every day like I've been for 4 years. I thought the "Roger" would help me hear in many situations that I haven't since become hearing impaired. Companies like this ought to be ashamed of disregarding veterans this way.
