I started playing this game bc Fetch gave me a ton of bonus points for playing. The game was kind of fun at first. My complaints are: The pop-up "deal" packages are OVER THE TOP intrusive. Every time you run out of dice, you have to "X" out of no less than 4 pop-ups. It will make you want to not use all of your dice, just to avoid the ads. Dice refill is painfully SLOOOOOW. It takes 10 hours to fully replenish the free dice. Ain't nobody got time for that! There's more, but I'm out of space.

I am still waiting for customer service to get back to me about an issue with receiving tournament rewards and their customer service always takes 3 days to get back to you after events end which cause you to loose out on more rewards. Edit: I did reach out to support through email, the app, and Facebook. It's been over 8 hours, and still nothing, what a waste of money and such a disappointment.

Terrible game if you want to get anywhere you have to pay to play and you won't always get what you are supposed to from the "deals" that they shove in your face at every opportunity. When you complain they will claim you did receive it. The probabilities for this game are unrealistic for the dice and especially for the wheel spins in the mini games. Oh and every time you do purchase their deals the next deal will always cost more than the last one and offer you almost the same deal.
