The app sucks. For whatever reason tipping system is implemented in a way to steal money. No idea why, b/c everything goes to the driver. There's only select amount button, but no submit button. It's not clear if the tip is immediately submitted or not. Then after the drive is finished, it asks for the tip again. It's not clear if this is a reminder or a new tip. It turned out it's a new. I didn't want to tip twice. Customer support doesn't exist, there r only option to complain abt driver

Uber excessively shuts down and updates itself at least twice per day, and *only* after opening the app. This happens even after you've booked a ride and you're waiting for the driver. You are either greatly delayed, or the driver cannot find you (and vice versa). The app does not auto update in the background when not being used. Even when auto update is disabled, Uber forcibly shuts down and updates itself, and this process cannot be cancelled. Borderline unusable. Make the updates optional.

UBER IS A SCAM: The app literally sets different prices for same location to destination. I booked a ride home it showed $75 so my friend booked as well for $35. So I decided to make another account to verify this and behold there was an $30 difference and I set pick-up & drop-off exact same. Also the app projects driver to be 10 minutes away but places you with a driver 20 minutes or more and charges you for cancellations if that driver isn't moving. Will not refund bad drives no matter how bad
