This has been very helpful to help my family/friends overseas. Only a small fee required when use debit card and slightly more when use credit(I think it's based on a percentage as it's goes higher based on the amount you send). Of course what they receive is based on current rate of exchange between your countries. Been using over a year with no issues. Thank you so much.

I've been a loyal WorldRemit user for over a year, appreciating its convenience and efficiency in international money transfers. However, recent changes have severely impacted my experience. The ask of excessive and redundant documentation, even after intial verifications and using it for one year. Not only disrupted my transactions but also eroded my trust in the service. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable platform become so cumbersome and unresponsive to customer concerns. SADLY

This app used to be great but over the past year, every single transaction I've done had been faced with an issue of sorts; and I've done a lot of transactions. This has cost me significantly. There are much better alternatives than World Remit. Even if you have to pay a lower exchange rate, it's worth it than to constantly have your monies tied up with their partner banks always. World Remit has unfortunately gone downhill since I first started using them in 2021 so I have to modify my review.
