DON'T DO IT - This is a very deceptive company and app. I bought the intro $5 plan to check this out and there was nothing that showed I was signing up for a recurring subscription. It also isn’t billed through the App Store so you don’t see it show up in your subscriptions. There was not an email reminder or anything, just a $38.95 charge on my card after a short period. Also the information in the app is next to useless. UPDATE: I contacted the company and they refunded the $38.95 to my card.

The app doesn't contain clear information about the fees they are going to charge. They charged my credit card with a charge I don't recognize. Edited: You don't provide specific details on the subscription or renewals inside of the app, information cannot be found even on the manage subscription section that the renewal will cost 3x the value of the first 12 week subscription.

Edit: To clarify, i had no notice sent to me that i was going to be charged. Most apps send out a reminder. I was promted through snapchat to do a trial, which i had to PAY for with no notice that I would also be paying full price. Horrible Starts you out at basic training for your dog even after filling out what they already know. No way to skip forward. Also, beware they scam you into purchasing a 4 week subscription if you do a trial. Customer service was not helpful in getting a refund.
