I booked tickets for a show. Wanted to buy another ticket at a later stage but the app is not allowing me to insert my banking details. I've emailed back and forth with Fever and it feels like I'm being given an automated, generic response with none of the suggestions fixing the problem. Then they start giving me the same suggestions when I said it's not working. So frustrating and still no solution!

I bought tickets for a concert and the day after, there was a discount 20%. I asked for the difference since the promotion happened few hours later and it was rejected. As a new customer, I find it frustrating to miss out on the discount shortly after purchasing at full price. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to the app anymore. I hope you can reconsider or offer an alternative solution. Thank you for your attention.

Avoid this app completely. They have terrible customer service and practice all kinds of bait and switch tactics to get you to buy more tickets. If you have any sort of emergency or change of plans, you can't get a refund, you can only get a voucher. But when you try to apply vouchers, they don't always apply them. When you ask for help with that, they blame you for applying the voucher incorrectly and refuse to help you further. Do not use this service.
