The concept is great but I've never used an app with such terrible UX. The previous gympass app was great, since it became Wellhub it has all these little bugs that don't make sense, why would you for example show gyms on the map view that are not in my plan when I explicitly tick the filter box stating which plan I'm on? Half the time the map view won't even load and that's not because my phone is old or my internet too bad. If this doesn't improve I'll cancel my subscription

I was offered this app through work. Used the old Gympass app a couple times. When it was updated to Wellhub, I went to complete setup and quit because it won't let you advance unless you click buttons to turn on location history and enable notifications. There is no way to skip these two screens-no X to close.or button to skip, only the buttons to enable location history and notifications. Poor and intrusive design. Not interested.

The app: Slow, buggy, unintuitive. Search functionality is VERY broken, gym entry and classes not clearly separated. You NEED GPS turned on and have good reception to even start the (very slow) app. Notifications with ads that cannot be disabled. Favorites tucked away under "profile", wut? Everything's so slow/buggy. The service: Barely acceptable. Be aware that you're limited to 1 gym entry/day, e.g. Qualitrain/egym wellpass or other competitors don't have that limitation.
