I have a Dreo heater. When I use Eco mode to set the temperature range it constantly changes the speed which is undesirable. When it changes the speed to high it's too loud for the room when watching TV. I wish I could set a temperature range for the H1, H2 or H3 settings instead of just Eco mode to make sure the fan isn't too loud.

Please allow me to explain to you that the louder sound in ECO mode may be due to the large temperature difference between the ambient and target temperature, which needs to be heated with H3. Day one experience: frequent disconnects and unavailability of device. All other smart/IoT devices are fine (I have lights, smart plugs, doorbell cams, etc.). App screams connection errors and only works half the time. (I've already submitted feedback, we'll see how long it takes them to respond)

Hi Peter. Sorry for the connection failure caused by unexpected network fluctuations from our service provider. The issue was fixed automatically within 1h of its occurrence. We work with the most stable Amazon Web Services company, and this is extremely rare and unlikely to happen again. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.

In many ways, this heater is an excellent way to heat a room, but search as much as I can, I can't find the way to activate the vent direction on the app as is mentioned in the instruction manual. Otherwise, I am very impressed with the heater. Also, in schedules, there doesn't seem to be any way to schedule switch off in the settings.
