Unhelpful Customer Service. It's been frustrating trying to resolve order issues. Aside from the technical issues with the website, an order arrived with a missing part. A case was opened, and they closed the case without resolving the issue. Now I have an item that I can not use. As a first-time customer, the experience has not been great.

Extremely poor service. I ordered through the App On 6th April, until now they have not delivered the items. It was supposed to be delivered on 20th April then after i complained they sent me an email saying it is confirmed to be delivered on 2nd May, but did not come. After complaining again, I got a call from customer service saying that the delivery will take another 2 weeks without a confirmed date as they have some issue with the delivery guys and asked me to come collect it myself.
