controls and options are put in the least intuitive places, seemingly to give you the least control over the earbuds features as possible. Want to control the noise canceling? Tell us what you want then we will do it for you. it's infantalizing. An option to simply manually control the earbuds would be ideal. Some of us know what we want and what we are doing.

Second review of this, 3 yrs later. Bought a pair of 85t earbuds. I can pair them to my personal Samsung S20 Ultra and my work iPhone, both on lates software versions. can I pair them to the Sound+ app? No. keeps asking me to search for them on the list, then when I select it asks me to open Bluetooth etc or it the searches for a connection. But never finds them. I've reinstalled multiple times, turned phone off, unpaired etc but nothing. Buds don't seem to reset either despite trying. Not happy

Since some months ago, the app started taking ages to identify my headset. Completely resetting did not help. Also, Jabra seems to have removed the option to cycle through Off/ANC/Hearthrough and only lets you cycle through ANC/Hearthrough with the left earbud on the Jabra Elite 7. Why? I hate having to choose between the two modes, sometimes I just want my earbuds "Off". It works in the app, but coupled with the app not recognizing the buds every now and then it gets annoying really fast.

To connect to Jabra Sound+, check your phone for a strong Wi-Fi or data connection and turn off any battery-saving settings. Then, turn the Jabra and your smartphone's Bluetooth off and force quit Sound+. Wait 60 seconds before turning Bluetooth and your device on. Then re-launch Sound+.
