Great game, lots of fun. There's strategy involved in production, building and acquiring the necessary tools and utilizing the market. I think those finding things take too long are focusing too much on a particular task. Once you figure out the strategy, the game moves along at a fun and engaging pace. It's a little addictive actually. Very well designed, awesome graphics and fun challenges. I'd give it 10/10 if I could.

A 5 star game that only gets 3 stars for two reasons. The first is that to progress, you need to fill baskets to get tools to open buildings, but you can't see what's needed for other baskets so you can't plan ahead at all and often run out of time before filling them all. 2nd is you get orders for things you can't supply. The building is in the world but not open and you can't open the building because you can't get the tools needed which leads to being frustrated at not being able to progress.

Lags sometimes and there has been one too many times where I would watch an ad in order to speed up production or to get gifts but then I would get an error message right after saying that "ads are unavailable" which is a clear lie and I don't get what I was supposed to have gotten. I've also lost gems or other materials after getting a random pop-up about an error (various codes are used) and the game rebooting by itself. Customer care is unhelpful when you contact them about the issues.
