I loved this game at first, but after the first area is complete, it's now too hard to earn coins and gems and takes me days to earn enough to upgrade. It also has glitches. I earned 2 free lives finding a spy and the game glitches every time and takes the lives away. I paid money to get going so when it glitches, it's frustrating. But I'm not going to keep paying to have unknown glitches and am pretty much done with this game now since it takes too long to do anything.

I like this game a lot and already spent a lot of time playing plus money on progression (which I rarely do usually). But since the last update the game keeps crashing, saying something about syncing issues (problem is definitely not on my side) and when asked to report to the support I can't, because the page isn't loading. I had a great time playing, but I won't continue until this is fixed. I'd also suggest some rebalancing for smoother progression: raise the income for endless levels.

Overall, I like this game a lot. I have spent a little money on it but it would be playable without spending money if you are willing to limit yourself to a few levels each day. I enjoyed the thought that goes into the little details: bios for all the doctors and patients, memory books as you progress through the levels are a nice touch. The biggest but to fix is that, if the server link goes down during a level you lose a life even though its not your fault. Fix this please!
