It worked well for the first month and now it's a nightmare (3 months later). Won't allow myself or my partner to connect to the base station without any solution being offered online or in the booklet, disconnects easily (huge headache to get it working properly as is) and so much more. We've contacted the store but no one has reached back out to us.

App not recognizing the Sense-u, even it is available as a BT Device "CARE". Also if I paired it via the Mobile BT successfully, the app won't recognize it is already paired. When are you going to fix this? U-Sense Model: SU210. Already tried with old and new App versions and with 2 different phones.

Hello Edgar, sorry for your inconvenience. Please make sure Location is enabled for the Sense-U App in Settings->Connections->Location, and Settings->Apps->Sense-U Baby->Permissions. Then please take out the battery, put it in and add the baby device again. If these don't help, please contact info@sense-u.com to get more detailed instructions.

New update has removed picture-in-picture for some reason, it was quite useful... Sound/motion notifications work decently but occasionally fail to push. Night vision works very well. The bad: Video gets stuck "building secure channel" when loading 1-in-4 tries, but used to be worse. Sometimes when video buffers, it will get stuck indefinitely on this screen. Wife's iPhone15 has similar problems. Overall frustrating experience given the price premium vs similar non-baby-monitor cameras.
