Absolute and total garbage. App constanly kicks you from what you are currently trying to do and brings you back to the homepage. Or if it doesn't randomly kick you out it just gives you a random error message. Never been able to complete anything on the app. Always end up having to call the support line. Would rate 0/5 if it let me.

Every time I try to verify my identity using the app on my phone, the verify page disappears if I check my messages for the code.

When watching videos the app shuts down unless I touch screen to light it back up. Fix timeout
