I've been harsh about Twinkly in the past as, whilst their lights are absolutely stunning, they were always let down by an extremely buggy and frustrating app. But here we are in another Xmas season, the lights are up, and they've only gone and done it! All the previous issues are gone; lights connect, map and load playlists with zero issues. So not only does my house now look amazing but I'm also refraining from pulling my hair out like previous years. Thank you Twinkly, 5 stars at last!

Have had my Twinkly 600 light string/tree for less than a day. Spent a good deal of time editing and personalizing effects. Then for no apparent reason, I am unable to apply any effects. It's stuck on one effect. I tried everything with no results. Found online that I have to uninstall and reinstall app. Ive lost all my settings. Extremely displeased. Will be returning these brilliant, expensive lights due to this defective app.

The app itself is pretty good. Although it lacks advanced and more detailed editing options. Major problem is more with the product itself- sold as having a built in microphone, which customer support have confirmed isn't actually enabled. The lights themselves are fantastic, no question. Update: the feature is added! The app will isn't perfect (control over scenes could be better), but now say least the product is working as sold!
