As a QA Manager I am shocked in a bad way. How can it be even possible in the FinTech company that the app suddenly tells that it's connected to the other device because of the bug? Ok, now the connection of the app and device is re-established, however, i still can not login as my passport could not be scanned and once the session was closed i get the message that the identification was not complete and needs to be repeated. Have nothing against... But the button to repeat does Nothing.

Great banking app. The only things missing are: English language Interface, very important. This will boost the customer base a lot. The 2nd thing is the option to use the Giro card with NFC. This is the only feature I miss very much from my previous Sparkasse Account. They had a joint MasterCard+GiroCard that could be used with NFC. edit: reduced 3 stars due to a very annoying bug. I can't do bank transfers. I need to have a QR code. If I manually add bank details for a transfer it won't work.

The app language should also be in English otherwise great service, easy and fast transfers but there's a lack of improvement in the UI, it should be intuitive. Also, I feel there should be a much more cashback options which are as of now, very limited. One tip, you should do a case study of Revolut's business model, it'll help you in a long run. Keep it up!
