The learning curve is way way too steep for a beginner out of shape. Yes there is an option to just repeat the day, but that defeats the purpose and the effect of improving slowly day by day. Very discouraging. It would be better to have the actual choice of slow but steady progress. Otherwise this app doesn't give me anything that just adding 3 seconds to a stop watch every day and doing a plank on my own for a month can not give me.

Really good app. Adds are not obtrusive but i am considering buying the app anyway. Plenty of editing options to tweak the workout if needed. Recommend to anyone looking to get fitter. 😊😊 Still using this two years later and bought the app also. Gives you an excellent quick workout in a morning, to get you going for the day.

July 23 First time. Just right. Very clear instructions. The right level to start with. Will check back after some time. Used it some more. Aug 23 Still like it. Would like to see a stretch regime build into it so you can combine that with the plank. Also would like an option of a lifetime use cost. Thanks and keep up the good work. Discounted rate displayed now. Is this monthly or one time?
