First time when I used this app, last year there was a daily ticket for a group (travelling with family) and it was good and easy to use. This year no such option. I have tried the single ticket which could be a good option, unless the validation process makes it totally unusable. The QRCode is displayed on the outside of the vehicles. How is it possible to validate two or three tickets when there is a crowd, it takes time, even did not manage to validate one ticket. So switched back to paper

You will also find code stickers inside the vehicles, typically on the driver's cab.

buggy app, losing tickets.I changed phone recently. had to transfer the tickets over from my old phone. all good. then I had no more tickets suddenly though I should have them still. I was again offered to transfer them here. was able to transfer and use. My tickets just got vanished now, 2 weeks after transfered them to this exact phone. otherwise the app is good, convenient. I guess only the happy path is tested that works with everything else you just push your luck.

Can't login into the app, although I have an account. The two factor authentication requires me to open the e-mail sent in my inbox, which has not arrived, and I just remembered that the reason why I am not logged in yet on my phone is because last time same thing happened. I tried 'forgot my password' but that is also email based which has never been received. It's a complete joke. Do better
