When Arcadium updated to play ads, even after buying the ad-free revival, I dropped it. It's lucky I found a similar game that's one-time-pay with no ads, something more mobile developers should do, honestly. I also appreciate the control scheme, simply press left or right on the screen to move the ship left or right, pretty simple.

Underrated Space Shooter. It's hard to find if you can't remember the name, since there's so many Shoot'em'ups out there. Simple fun, with satisfying upgrades, a fun selection of different weapon types and bosses. It has a goofy story which I find humorous. The visuals are simplistic, but nice to look at and were made with care compared to a lot of other cheap games. The increasingly challenging campaign keeps you engaged but can be completed within a day (maybe 3 hours?).

Alrighty Hexage, it's been 14 years since I've wanted to play this game as a kid, and I've finally bought and played the short series game. Definitely a fun game but the story lacks alot of aspects, a lack of episodes, but brings back a classic vibe of a chill game to play on the go. Although you are listening to one music track the entire game, and the story goes from defeating the aliens, to going to the future, to the alien brain having revenge on the host. 3/5 needs more content.
