It's cheap, the customer service is great, the signal is better than orange in here... but the app doesn't have english language... i hope you guys add english language to the app

Help chat full of bugs, ENTER sometimes send message and sometimes goes to new line. If you switch from chat to scan ID, chat session is auto terminated. Same light condition, position and camera yet back of ID is ok and front always throws error - repeat. Process is not streamlined for web only operator and basically you are left with only one option: fill out the form so they can send you SIM via courier service. That is not "online only" unless pizza ordering is in the same category.
