This app is very bare bones. Uploading videos takes forever or just doesn't work at all some times. As a client you can't see the same statistics your coach can see. You have to give in your reps/rpe etc.. in plain text which makes it impossible to track exercises over time... If I didn't have to use it from my coach it would've been uninstalled already

Overall, the app works consistently well. Loads and responds quickly, easy to navigate. Two things that would make it better: 1. Give users the option to load videos in portrait mode instead of landscape. 2. Allow users to search for the history of a specific exercise. If I'm doing a DB bench press as part of a superset, I'd like to be able to search for my history of that exercise. Instead, the app shows me a history of every superset I've ever done.

A fantastic application used by my PT to design my workouts for me. They are a lot easier to follow on TrueCoach. I can also stay connected to her via the application, which is really helpful when you cannot remember everything you need to ask before the next session. You can just write notes on the routine for the PT to respond to 😊
