Still so many commercials, never timed up with the commercial breaks that already exist in the show. The other half of the time I'm trying to watch, if I have to exit the app for a bit, any time I try to reconnect again, be out 30 seconds later or 2 hours, for 30 monies, it will say "Service temporarily unavailable" and to check my connection. My connection is fine, but even force stopping and closing out multiple times doesn't fix it, just seems to want you to struggle for a dumb amount of time

Really very annoying app. Have to search for the continue watching row. Starts ads instead of the show, starts the show in portrait mode and have to rotate my phone and press rotate to switch to full screen and have to rotate the phone back to portrait when I exit the show. They really need to work on some quality of life improvements. I should be able to just start watching my favorite show as I open the app. I'm paying for it, so why are there still ads?

I like the app and being able to watch videos on the go. However, the integration of ads is problematic. It always feels like I'm missing fractions of a second of video. When I skip back I have to watch the ad yet again and still feel like I'm missing something like the weight of a scene or a complete transition. Super frustrating.
