Fetch is a service in search of a problem. My experience as a tenant (unable to opt out of it) was dismal at best. Lost & opened packages, packages that were signed as having arrived but hadn't. I attempted to recover my losses by filing a claim (which you have to do in a very specific way and in no longer than 5 days and which doesn't provide restitution exceeding $500). It got to the point I told them they were in violation of their own policies and threatened legal action. Avoid if able.

Wonderful service. the delivery team is exceptional. Fetch makes the process simple and easy! The other day, the delivery came in the pouring rain and never complained once. They true are amazing! Thanks for all you do!

After the last update, app doesn't work. Amazon delivered packages do not show although tracking numbers indicate that it was received by Fetch. There's no phone number to call fetch.
